We designed and built a full operations platform for a multi-rooftop auto group — one system for collections, reporting, financials, and service, scoped so corporate and each location see exactly what they should.
The problem
A multi-rooftop group ran collections, reporting, financials, and service tracking out of spreadsheets. Corporate couldn't see the group at a glance, each location couldn't fully trust its own numbers, and yesterday's data could change underneath everyone.
What we built
A single platform covering the group's daily operations end to end:
- A collections workspace with spreadsheet-style editing and promise-to-pay tracking
- Corporate reporting with lot, individual-collector, and top-performer views
- A financials section with its own projection engine and frozen historical columns
- Insurance-coverage verification wired to live data
- A service tracker with per-ticket persistence
- A role system separating corporate and per-location access
- An admin portal with a utilization map, error logging, and an update-request queue
- Nightly automated data locks, so each day's numbers freeze and stay trustworthy
The outcome
One platform across every location. Corporate sees the whole group, each rooftop sees only its own, and the day's numbers freeze automatically each night so the history can be trusted.
