We built a performance dashboard for a global workforce-operations firm — replacing a pile of daily exports with a single live view managers can drill into.
The problem
Performance data lived in daily spreadsheet exports. There was no single view of speed versus quality, and no way to get from a top-line number to the records behind it without rebuilding a report by hand.
What we built
A performance dashboard built for the questions managers actually ask:
- Daily and weekly toggles so the same view answers both shift-level and trend questions
- Fully interactive charts — every point opens a drill-down to the records beneath it
- A quality-versus-speed scatter view that exposes the trade-off across the team at a glance
- Built-in math-proofing popups, so any figure can be traced back to its inputs
- An admin editor for hours and days that keeps the underlying data clean

Managers see the whole operation on one screen and drill from any metric to the detail behind it — no more reconciling exports by hand every morning.
